SECRETS OF NATURE - LEVEL IX – RAMA BRAHMA YOGAM

"Rama Brahma Yogam" involves the recitation of "Om Namo Rama Om" mantra during a week-long residential event called Saptaham. The rhythm of the mantra changes daily, aiming at different purification levels:

  • On the first day, participants chant once per breath.
  • The second day involves three chants per breath.
  • This increases to five chants per breath on the third day.
  • On the fourth day, it reaches seven chants per breath.
  • Then, the count decreases over the last three days: five, three, and finally one chant per breath.

Each day is dedicated to purifying various aspects:

  • The first day focuses on the etheric body (Pranamaya kosha).
  • The second day purifies the mind, emotions, and physical body.
  • The third day is for the body's five elements (Pruthvi, Apas, Thejo, Vayu, Akash).
  • The fourth day purifies the Sapta Dathu (Rasa, Rakta, Mamsa, Medha, Asthi, Majja, and Ojas).
  • The final three days are for reintegration of all purified elements.

The Saptaham runs from Friday to Thursday, starting at 5:00 AM and ending at 7:30 PM. It includes morning and evening Agnihotrams, recitations of "Sri Apaduddharaka Stotram" and "Nama Ramayanam," and "Chaitanya Kriya Dhyan" practice in the morning.

Participants often report significant improvements in physical, mental, and emotional health, leading to inner peace, calmness, and vitality. By the end, many see better interpersonal relationships and work efficiency. Regular practitioners report increased self-confidence, memory, and positive effects on IQ, EQ, and Spiritual Co-efficient. Pregnant women have noted successful, non-surgical childbirths.

Regular chanting promotes individual growth and spiritual development by purifying the different layers of one's being and enhancing the connection with the divine.
