This specialized workshop is designed for those seeking the
ultimate spiritual attainment of moksha, also known as Purushartha. It
highlights that our true nature goes beyond the physical form, which is merely
an instrument to achieve our worldly goals. The workshop avoids complex terms
like 'Atma' or 'Brahman', and instead concentrates on leading participants,
called 'Jivatma', through exercises that enhance self-awareness and clarify
their ultimate aim.
Attendees are introduced to both a physical body – Sthula
Sharira – and an energy body – Sukshma Sharira, which support them in realizing
their ambitions. Yet, individuals often mistakenly equate themselves with these
bodies, straying from their true mission and getting caught up in material
endeavours. The workshop's guidance and shared methods help raise self-awareness
and channel the soul's energy towards accomplishing one's life purpose.
Throughout this two-day event, participants learn effective
prana-ayamam techniques and mantras that align the 'vayus' in their bodies.
Progressing further, they develop Atmabhava, shedding what is not aligned with
their true self. Regular practice leads to increased self-awareness, enabling
them to see themselves as spiritual beings, separate from their physical form,
emotions, or thoughts.
The Atma vidya workshop combines theoretical insights with
practical activities, teaching attendees how to use their bodies to progress
towards their existential goals. By applying mantras and prana-ayamam to
specific chakras, one can raise their soul's awareness, readying the Jivatma
for transcendence and eventual unity with its origin. This practice offers a
profound comprehension of concepts like 'Tatvamasi' or 'Shivoaham', leading
individuals towards development of the self.
